The room was very spacious, neat, clean. It was definitely worth the price we paid for. We had an issue with geyser one day and the night staff who was available was not helpful. But I think that is one off incident and won't happen again. There was too much oil in the gravy that we ordered but it was not too bad. I would definitely suggest despite couple of small issues. It offers great view of kanchenjunga peak and great room for a reasonable price.

Well I should start with a word ‘WOW’ staying here was one of the best in Sikkim… rooms were just top notch…. I chose the room with balcony and the view of Kanchanjunga Mountain was awesome,,,,, rooms were pretty big and cleanliness was up to the mark…. Coming to the best part was the tasty food served in huge quantity…. Overall one great place to stay with……… Thank you to the entire team at the Hotel.

Rooms are very spacious with all amenities and clean linen. Quilt cover was not very fresh. Kanchenjhangha view from balcony was breathtaking. Room Service was very good and prompt. When fully booked, buffet breakfast was served with prompt service. However, when there were less boarders for BF, the service was very poor and unprofessional. Overall good value for money

Had a lovely stay with Sila Norphel Pelling. One of the best hotel you find in Pelling with a beautiful people, best kanchenjunga view and good food. Newly built hotel has all the modern amenities that one needs. 24 hours hot water supply.|Best hotel in pelling

Its nice and comfy. Staffs are well maintained and very good behaviour. I must recommend to visit this hotel when you will travel pelling

We stayed there for two nights and the experience was too good . The view of Kanchenjunga made our stay worth. The food was delicious along with the hospitality which was more than we expected. Big thanks to Miss Preeti for arranging everything on time.

You go to this place purely for the view. An entire glass wall behind you with the views of Himalayan range is extremely hard to beat in Pelling. During our stay, some of the food wasn't available and possibly they were a bit under staffed but obviously, everyone was very courteous. If you're fussy about food and service, this one possibly isn't for you.
